Direct/Database Marketing Manager

POSITION DESCRIPTION:
Responsible for developing the direct marketing channel at Gas and Supply. Includes directing the development and management of the marketing database utilized in managing the channel. Responsible for driving the overall marketing objectives, plans and strategies associated with the Direct Marketing channel utilizing direct marketing and database marketing techniques.

Responsibilities:
Create, implement and oversee the strategy, execution and production of all Gas and Supply direct marketing initiatives
Manage the analysis of market data and customer information that identify patterns, trends and translate those into actionable insights
Oversee customer and prospect database development and procedures
Work with and negotiate contracts with list brokers and sources such as D&B, Infogroup and Experian
Manage the utilization of measurement and analysis techniques to quantify results of business activities
Development of the tactical plans to support the overall strategy and execute the strategy and campaigns across various marketing vehicles including print, email, web and telemarketing and online marketing.
Identify and conduct relevant customer research, as needed.
Work closely with other departments to guide strategic decisions.
Present results as needed to the leadership team, to detail progress against budgeted goals and objectives.
Create and manage the marketing budget related to target audience initiative and channels.
Track competitive landscape and remain aware of best practices, to improve the effectiveness of the cross channel strategies in support of target audience growth in assigned channels.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
