Job Description/
Responsibilities:
The Operations Manager will be responsible for managing the local facility which includes the following:
Production personnel
Inside sales force
Fabrication Shop, Light Manufacturing and warehouse facilities.
Required Skills/Education/
Experience:
A Bachelor's degree in Business or the equivalent
At least five year of manufacturing experience or Industrial Distribution field
General management and leadership
Skills:
At least 5 years of P&L knowledge and planning skills are required. Exceptional knowledge of Management/Operations techniques is required.
