Responsible for data input in the student information system as it relates to degree completion.
Maintain academic degree requirements in the Degree Audit system.
Responsible for preparation and distribution of periodic reports.
Assists the Registrar with degree conferral processing.
Serves as primary contact person as it relates to student degree requirements.
Providing direction to students, faculty and staff as it relates to the graduation and degree completion process.
Promotes policies and procedures in compliance with local, state, and federal rules and regulations; including the Family Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA).
Advises college staff regarding the development and implementation of responses to regulatory changes.
Recommends and implements improvements to office operations; assist with strategic planning.
Serves on committees as needed.
Attends and assists in planning campus events such as graduation.
Other duties as assigned.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
