## Description
Position Purpose: Perform operational and financial audits related to processes and systems impacting claims payment accuracy.
Gather and interpret business requirements, verify accuracy and completeness of requirements to source documents, and analyze data trends to identify issues
Identify risks by monitoring contract implementation and configuration performance
Develop queries and reports to identify and analyze errors (e.g. fee schedules)
Participate in multiple projects and meet timelines effectively, communicate risks, and facilitate corrective action plans
Audit various system configurations for accuracy
Maintain thorough audit documentation and assist in trending issues
## Qualifications
Education/
Experience: Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent experience. 0-2 years of auditing, accounting, healthcare contracting, or healthcare data analysis experience. An understanding of healthcare industry terminology or strong analytical skills required. Knowledge of Business Objects, SQL, ACL, Microsoft Applications (including Excel and Access) preferred.
