About Release & Preservation Management (RPM)
A division of Central Development Services, RPM is responsible for the internal and external distribution of EA content. The Operation Center is RPM's front line & first response center for service requests, tickets and incidents. A key responsibility includes providing 24/7 support to all EA sites & personnel.
The RPM Site Support Technician is responsible for the day-to-day operations, and general upkeep of the local RPM lab. It is the duty of the RPM Site Support Technician to: ensure IP delivery conforms to the defined security guidelines, upkeep lab hardware, maintain software and automation processes, and provide timely customer service in a professional manner. Additionally, Site Support Technicians may participate in additional initiatives as required.

Summary:_
The RPM Site Support Technician is responsible for the day-to-day operations, and general upkeep of the local RPM lab. Additionally, Site Support Technicians may participate in additional initiatives as required.

Responsibilities:_
Distribute Intellectual Property, in digital or physical formats, in compliance with EA's security guidelines and within service levels.
Identify, monitor, report, and resolve local hardware and software issues.
Report and maintain media inventory levels.
Resolve local service questions, requests or incidents within service levels.
Provide regular training to local customers on service offerings including self-service procedures.
Perform other related tasks as necessary.

Qualifications:_
Strong sense of personal ownership and accountability.
Excellent verbal and written communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high volume, deadline-driven environment.
Experience with different types of disc-based and other forms of media hardware and software.
Experience working and collaborating in a Shift Work Type Environment. Will be required to work weekends and/or different shifts.
Must have the ability to communicate complex technical problems concisely and professionally to technical and non-technical audiences.
Team player, but able to work well in an unsupervised environment.
Resourceful, proactive and innovative - identifies issues and implements solutions, as directed.
Ability to perform PC hardware repairs and follow technical support documentation or instructions.
Troubleshooting experience with hardware, software, and network connectivity issues
Good knowledge of Windows Operating Systems.
Organized and has a strong attention to detail.
_Educational Requirements:_
Bachelor's degree in related area of study or equivalent experience preferred.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
