Architect - DataWarehouse/Informatica up to $126K Full-time hire: DW Architect paying up to $126K bonus relo. Must have a minimum of six year testing experience with proficiency in SQL with proficiency in SQL (including writing queries for complex joins and unions) to include the following which can run concurrently. Must have experience developing testing strategy and approaches including means of reconciling with source data Understanding of data roll-ups/aggregation, data standardization, slowly changing dimensions, and data security required. Must have conceptual knowledge of data warehouse and ETL architectures and concepts. Experience with Microsoft SQL Server 2008 or higher and BI technologies required. Experience with Enterprise ETL/ELT technologies. DUTIES: Reviews the referential and historical integrity of data warehouse information, reporting and supporting correction tests and procedures. Recommends enhancements to record systems, as well as data acquisition processes to improve the accuracy of operation data. Resolves data quality problems through appropriate process design strategies, as well as error detection and correction tests and procedures. Facilitates resolution of discovered data quality issues through coordination with users, developers and application support staff. Defines rules to evaluate data quality and creates test plans; develops documents and maintains data quality goals and standards. Responsible for understanding core business and associated business rules further supporting and enabling ability to evaluate and help to maintain quality data. Reports to management on the progress of data quality improvements, documents any return on investment linked with data quality enhancements and provides training to other employees in the organization.
