Staff Pharmacist
Phoenix Pharmacy Solutions is currently seeking Full-Time Staff Pharmacists!
We are looking for professionals that want to join our team to help improve the well-being of our patients and their families. The company has a strong emphasis on providing excellent customer service to its patients and clients. The pharmacy has a brick-and-mortar location in Baton Rouge, Louisiana.
Responsibilities:
Processing and accurately dispense prescription orders
Counsel physicians and patients on the proper use of medications,
Ensure compliance with company and legal policies, procedures, and regulations
Models, enforces, and provides direction and guidance to pharmacy staff members
Work with Pharmacist-in-Charge on work schedule and be accessible to discuss availability each week
Qualifications:
Must be licensed and in good standing with the Louisiana Board of Pharmacy
Excellent attention to detail
Willingness to be a team player and promote a positive team environment
Understanding of workflow processes and ability to adapt accordingly to changes
Flexible and proactive to meet varied patient needs
Self-Motivated and able to work autonomously to ensure completion of tasks
Able to collaborate with other healthcare professionals
Experience with PioneerRx, FrameworkLTC, or a similar systems
Exceptional People providing Exceptional Care.
