As a Multi Family Construction Coordinator - (Bi-Lingual), the successful candidate will play a vital role in ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the satisfaction of all stakeholders involved.
Key
Responsibilities:
Act as the primary point of contact for apartment managers to schedule construction projects and coordinate with installation crews.
Communicate effectively with apartment managers and installation crews in Spanish to ensure clear understanding of project requirements and timelines.
Collaborate with the warehouse team to ensure timely delivery of materials and equipment needed for each project.
Create accurate and competitive quotes based on project specifications and budgetary constraints.
Coordinate and schedule installation crews to maximize efficiency and minimize downtime between projects.
Monitor project progress and address any issues or delays that may arise, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
Maintain detailed records of project schedules, quotes, and communication with apartment managers and installation crews.
Provide exceptional customer service and address any concerns or inquiries from apartment managers or installation crews in a timely manner.
