Commercial Loan Processor
A community bank is confidentially looking to add another member to their banking family. They are seeking a Commercial Loan Processor with at least 2 years of prior experience that will support their loan officers and be a valuable member of the team. Requirements:
- Prior banking experience preferred.
- 2 years of Commercial Loan Porcessing experience.
- Experience with Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Ability to meet productivity standards & targets.
- Complete due diligence quality reviews, by providing a detailed review of retail and correspondent approved loans, including credit, income, and asset analysis and findings.
- Remain current on banking regulations and responsibilities relating to titles, mortgages, liens, and other aspects of the loan collateral position.
- Bachelor's degree in business, finance, accounting, or other relevant fields of study (strongly preferred; may be substituted with experience).
- Ability to work well in a team environment.
