Patrol the community, being mindful of actions, persons and situations in the community.
Areas to patrol include, streets, golf course, parks, club house.
This should be done by:
Vehicle, Golf Cart, Bicycle, On foot Responsible for processing (answering and documenting) all incoming calls to the Gate.
Disseminating information to appropriate officers, for effective operations of the department as it relates to the access gates, patrols and any pertinent/emergency information.
Responsible for maintaining all department equipment, including radios, computers, phones, I pads, vehicles, carts, etc.
All maintenance deficiencies regarding all CCL equipment and vehicles are to be reported immediately.
Enforces all Safety and Security rules and regulations, Completes reports and logs as required, including, but not limited to Daily Shift Reports, logs, Incident Reports.
Monitors access control system, as well as the camera systems and infrared fencing systems.
Responds to emergency situations and fire alarms.
Completes required reports.
