- Assist with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, and grooming - Monitor and document client's condition and progress - Communicate with Dedicated Sitters staff - Provide emotional support and companionship to patients.
Skills - Experience in senior care, patient care, assisted living, dementia care, behavior management, nursing home, home care, or hospice care - Knowledge of resident rights and ability to advocate for patient's needs - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Compassionate and empathetic approach to client care - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Attention to detail and strong organizational skills -Punctual.
Previous experience in private duty nursing is preferred.
