As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office.
Your responsibilities will include managing calendars, handling administrative tasks, and providing support to our team.
Duties - Manage calendars and schedule appointments - Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate person - Greet visitors and provide them with necessary information - Assist with organizing and maintaining files and documents - Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages - Perform data entry tasks and maintain accurate records - Assist with bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks - Coordinate meetings and prepare meeting materials - Provide general administrative support to the team Qualifications - Previous experience in an administrative or clerical role is preferred - Proficient in using computerized systems for data entry and record keeping - Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal -Ability to work independently with minimal supervision If you are a motivated individual with excellent organizational skills, we would love to hear from you.
