Summary:
The IT Data Specialist will work closely with the Operation Management teams to collect, analyze, and validate data from various banking applications to produce quantitative reports.
The IT Data Specialist responsibilities include overseeing the data storage of new products/services and monitoring the application database performance.
In addition, will be backup to the IT Support Specialist for ticket fielding and first line IT Support.
Other Job Duties Include:
Read, interpret, and verify data from multiple formats Perform regular data integrity and quality audits Create and submit data collation reports Train staff on report retrieval processes Requirements:
Excellent communication and report-writing skills Attention to detail Familiarity with scripting and data aggregation Develop automate processes Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Ability to work independently on projects Knowledge of all bank applications Job Type:
