We're looking for a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our Scaffold Distribution Center team.
This role will primarily focus on administrative tasks while also requiring forklift operation expertise to assist with material handling.
Responsibilities:
Provide administrative support, including answering calls, managing emails, and filing documents.
Operate forklifts to move, stack, and organize scaffold materials safely and efficiently.
Maintain accurate inventory records using Excel and other software systems.
Process orders, invoices, and shipping documents with precision.
Collaborate with team members to ensure timely order fulfillment.
Conduct routine equipment inspections and report any issues.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Previous administrative experience preferred.
Valid forklift operator certification and experience in a warehouse or distribution center.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data entry.
Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
