Responsible for cleaning all make ready's/turned units for new occupants Responsible for daily trash removal and cleaning of all public access and interior areas Spot cleaning/maintaining hallways, model apartments and common areas Monitoring clubhouse amenities Responsible for care, maintenance and inventory of all cleaning supplies and equipment owned by the property and/or the management company related to housekeeping Here is what we can do for you! Annual reviews each year and an opportunity for a great raise based on your performance! Quarterly bonus potential of $750/Quarter! Health insurance through Blue Cross Anthem and dental through Cigna only $40.
00 a month for yourself! Starts on the 1st of the month after only 30 days of employment Paid Time Off, 1st Year:
