Summary:
This position will respond to customer inquiries via phone or email regarding billing, operations, and related concerns.
PLEASE NOTE:
YOU WILL TRAINING IN THE CAR WASH FOR SEVERAL WEEKS BEFORE TRANSITIONING TO THE CALL CENTER PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES Answering calls and responding to customer inquiries Administration of our car wash programs Troubleshooting customer concerns Communication with all store locations General administrative and clerical skills QUALIFICATIONS At least 1 to 2 years of proven customer service experience; call center/receptionist experience is preferred Previous experience with Benny's is preferred but not required.
Must possess excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills Ability to read, write, comprehend instructions.
Must be detail-oriented.
Must be able to work independently.
Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) Must have excellent customer service skills Integrity and honesty Professionalism in all aspects, including appearance Ability to work in a team environment and contribute to company morale Reports To:
Call Center Manager Supervisory
Responsibilities:
