Provides high quality employee-focused Human Resources services to all employees in collaboration with managers.
Primarily responsible for planning, directing, and administering New Employee Onboarding processes, Employee Recruiting, HRIS systems, Student Rotation Program and Payroll related duties.
Coordinates Human Resources practices and objectives that will provide an employee-oriented, high performance culture that emphasizes quality, efficiency, and the ongoing development of a superior workforce.
Essential Duties and
Responsibilities:
Maintains appropriate Human Resource standards.
Follows Human Resources and the company policies and procedures.
Coordinates onboarding process for new hires including, assisting new employees with new hire paperwork, serving as liaison to IT Department for new hire set-up, administering background check and e-verification processes.
Creates and maintains employee files.
Serves as liaison with recruiting agencies and schools for student onboarding paperwork.
Assists applicants in the online process.
Participates in Student Shadowing and Rotation Program by administering student shadowing and rotation documentation, serving as liaison to schools and colleges, and performing customer service functions by assisting with student requests and questions.
Maintains a high level of confidentiality.
Assists with assigned communications with employees including HR mail, email, and phone line.
Completes regulatory reporting as assigned.
Participates in Department quality improvement activities, staff educational programs, and attends departmental meetings.
Assists with Departmental projects or duties as assigned.

Requirements:
Education and/or Experience Minimum one year of HR experience or Bachelor's Degree in Healthcare, Human Resources, or a related field.
Language Skills Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations.
Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals.
Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.
Reasoning Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists.
Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
Computer Skills To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of Microsoft Office.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
