net As the Mortgage System Support Specialist, you will analyze mortgage operations and assist the business model, looking for opportunities to optimize the mortgage business process.
You will work closely with other business units to identify and define business needs and standardize mortgage operational workflows.

To be successful in this role, you should have:
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration or Accounting 1-2 years experience with bank accounting, collateral, and loan documentation and/or training or equivalent combination of experience and education Technical aptitude for automated systems Understanding and knowledge of commercial, consumer, and mortgage loan processes Solid computer skills with Microsoft Office, Encompass, CALYX, ITI (FISERV), and QuickBooks Benefits As you might expect, we value every member of our team.

Your responsibilities as the Mortgage System Support Specialist will include:
Work with mortgage business constituents to identify and define organizational needs.
Interprets business requirements and rules, then works to define, develop, optimize, and implement workflows across mortgage operations Work directly with mortgage operation users to troubleshoot system questions and issues while looking for enhancement opportunities Participate in software implementation, testing, and upgrade projects.
Maintain current system and software releases, integration, and testing Participate and/or coordinate the creation and/or updating writing of policies, procedures, and job aids for the mortgage division and other areas as assigned Manage vendors and system providers to utilize applications to the fullest capacity Review, analyze, and modify overall operational systems and procedures relating to the mortgage lending function Track pipeline of loan sales, productivity, and reporting.
Maintains current knowledge of the Bank's policies and procedures, as well as state and federal regulations, as they relate to documents and funding Reconcile all fees and figures relating to each loan accurately and timely Research and resolve problems or complaints from internal and external customers Perform data entry to the loan operating system (LOS) Maintain regulatory and investor reporting Verifies loan system information and the loan documentation match, and, in the event an anomaly is identified, leads efforts to correct and track Research and resolve problems or complaints from internal and external customers Assist with recording loan information in logs and on government reporting forms Manage quality control for the division Be an admin for software, Investor, and Third-Party services Perform all other duties as assigned Recommended Skills Automation Business Administration Business Processes Business Requirements Data Entry Finance $(document).
