Job DescriptionThe Workforce Development Specialist executes the workforce planning strategy for the health system.
The Workforce Development Specialist implements a full range of initiatives that support ongoing workforce development efforts to ensure organization-wide understanding, adoption and utilization.
Engages in continuous, systematic and focused retention activities to ensure diverse populations have opportunities, including development of mentorship and advancement opportunities, to succeed within FMOLHS.
Ensures system benchmarks are utilized to define and set thresholds/goals for retention programs, including the identification and tracking of metrics for monitoring of programming.
Collects data on program outcome effectiveness, resources, and sustainability.
