Regional Training Manager

We are looking for a self-motivated, fun, and energetic person to oversee training and development in the Lafayette area.
The Regional Training Manager will support a group of District Managers and restaurants by incorporating systems and processes to ensure consistent training and development practices.
This position requires the ability to teach and demonstrate brand excellence.
As the Regional Training Manager, you will need to travel to different locations, track progress, and validate training.

Responsibilities:
Development of Certified Training Managers/Restaurants Organization, deployment, and execution of PROS teams for new restaurant openings Institution and oversight of company-mandated onboarding and orientation practices Validate entry of new hires into Popeyes Academy Popeyes Academy reports to the field on a weekly basis Validation of Popeyes Academy completion before team members work in a position Planning and validating team member cross-training Accountability for 100% Manager ServSafe Food Certification completion Accountability for team member turnover % District-wide compliance with all Popeyes mandates LTO rollout training plan and execution Any tasks assigned by the direct supervisor Employee
