HRIS Production Support Manager BROAD FUNCTION:
Primary responsibility for the HRIS Core HCM Business Analyst is to deliver moderate to complex projects supporting HR programs and enhancements.
An HRIS Core HCM Business Analyst serves as the subject matter expert in processes and functionality for the HRIS systems to include all Core HCM functionality, Base Benefits, eCompensation and ePerformance.
To deliver on projects the Core HCM Business Analyst will gather and document requirements.
Document and facilitate approvals for functional design.
Perform unit, system, end to end and regression testing.
Facilitate UAT signoff and cut over to production and troubleshooting end-user issues and providing solutions.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND ADDITIONAL
Responsibilities:
Lead and manage the activities and services provided by IT to ensure effective and full utilization of information technology (including business process change) to meet the business strategy and cost objective.
To provide support to business management in organizing and managing the working relationship between IS and the business projects and daily operations.
Plan and deliver HRIS projects approved by upper management.
Ensure deadlines are met and critical issues are raised in a timely manner.
Create query reports as needed for testing or business solution.
Testing of new functionality/components including the creation of test scripts through system, regression, and user acceptance testing.
Provide business/application analysis around new functionality Maintain/configure core PeopleSoft tables as needed for enhancement Deliver quality solutions on time and within budget.
Develop and maintain documentation to transition enhancement to support.
Strong knowledge in Core HR functionality, Base Benefits, eCompensation and ePerformance.
Perform other functions as assigned.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:
BS/BA required, preferably in HR Management, Business Administration, or MIS/Computer Science preferred 5
years Peoplesoft HCM Project Management experience a plus.
Must possess excellent problem-solving skills.
Must be a team player and have excellent communication skills.
Strong customer service commitment.
Global HCM experiences a plus.
Ability to handle and maintain confidential information Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and business professionals REPORTING/WORKING RELATIONSHIPS:
Reports directly to the HRIS Production Support Manager.
Interact frequently with managers, professionals, and the technical and clerical staff.
Recommended Skills Acceptance Testing Business Administration Business Informatics Business Management Business Processes Communication Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
