This is a 4-6 week temporary position onsite in our Baton Rouge, LA office, Monday-Friday 8am-5pm.
Job Overview:
Perform data entry activities.
The Data Entry Specialist may also perform basic administrative tasks.
Temporary data entry requirements to assist with the upload of Contracts/applicable documents into the CLM system (Contracts Management System).

Preparing and sorting documents for data entry
Look up data in a contract and then load it into a system
Entering data into database software and checking to ensure the accuracy of the data that has been inputted
Resolving discrepancies in information and obtaining further information for incomplete documents
Organize and interpret data to prepare clear and concise reports and documentation.
Temporary data entry requirements to assist with the upload of Contracts/applicable documents into the CLM system (Contracts Management System) Basic
Qualifications:
Local to Baton Rouge, LA and surrounding areas
Computer literacy and familiarity with various computer programs such as MS Office
Attention to detail
Knowledge of grammar and punctuation
Must have critical thinking
Ability to work to time constraints
Proficiency in Microsoft Office:
Word and Excel
Communicates information, asks questions and checks for understanding.
