is looking for an experienced Web Production Manager to help build a vision and strategy to grow our digital presence and web business.
You will be accountable for the overall direction, timeline, budget, and execution of our web projects from vision to beta to production.
As a thoughtful, thorough communicator, you will be responsible for internal and external requirement definition, resource allocation, advisement, customer and partner management, and driving projects forward with clear communication and organization.
This is a hybrid-remote role with travel on an as needed basis to meet with our internal teams, technology partners, or customers.

Project management for all website deliverables, including website strategy, sitemaps, wireframes, metadata frameworks, web design, content migration plans, maintenance, and updates.
Multitask, managing multiple projects simultaneously.
Define and document the workflows that best serve stakeholders' needs and SW architecture.
Scope and prioritize activities based on business and development impact.
Establish and maintain timelines for each project's design and development.
Work closely with our developers, UX/UI team, and stakeholders to guide the website process from beginning to end.
Translate feedback between stakeholders, account team, UX/UI, and developers, to ensure all items are addressed effectively.
Provide strategic oversight and creative feedback to UX/UI designers, thoughtfully ensuring our projects meet and exceed expectations.
Oversee technical updates and basic maintenance and operation of websites.
Oversee content updates within developed sites.
Anticipate and advocate for future needs and put on whatever hat needed to assist the team.
Qualifications & Skills 4-year bachelor's degree 7
years of relevant experience in web project management, planning, and delivering websites that are fully managed via content management systems.
Knowledge of SDLC / DevOps - testing, deployment, server provisioning and operation Thorough understanding of SEO content strategies and technical SEO analysis Demonstrates inspirational leadership and passion for digital solutions in the industrial space.
Prior experience leading or assembling web development teams utilizing internal or external contract development resources.
Experience with Web Applications and programming languages such as:

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
