This company is a manufacturer and fabricator of high-performace, corrosion-resistant rubber, and plstic products.
The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the development and implementation of efficient processes and procedures, as well as monitoring and evaluating existing ones.
The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of process management principles, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to think strategically.
We are looking for an individual who is highly organized and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Responsibilities:
Analyze existing processes and identify areas for improvement.
Develop and implement new processes and procedures.
Monitor and evaluate process performance.
Train and coach team members on process execution.
Develop process documentation and ensure accuracy of data.
Maintain process control standards and ensure compliance with regulations.
Lead cross-functional teams to achieve process objectives.
