As a member of the creative team, you must be ready and willing to take on a wide variety of projects and back up other team members, as needed.
The Technical Design Coordinator position will report to the Creative Director.

Responsibilities:
Responsible for the completion of all elements of standard design packs Including:
Techpacks, Pattern Files, Size charts ETC Proficient use of Adobe illustrator, photoshop and Microsoft excel Establish and maintain the fit and quality standards of all products for consistency and brand image Update design packets as needed Meet with design team with brainstorming ideas for new product lines Help oversee day to day tasks of fashion design interns REQUIRED SKILLS:

years relative industry experience in apparel Technical knowledge of garment sizing, textile composition, and techpack creation Knowledge in product standards, garment construction, sizing and grading Experience working with a cross functional product creation team Proficient in Adobe creative suite - Illustrator & Photoshop Sewing and mock-up skills a plus Bachelor's degree in (or studying) related apparel focused field (Fashion Design) Independent, proactive work ethic Excellent leadership and communication skills SUMMARY OF COMPANY:
