Job Summary Administers the wage and salary program for the organization and evaluates compensation programs and philosophies.
Studies, evaluates jobs, and determines pay grades for new and existing jobs.
Participates in compensation surveys, audits evaluation of jobs and application of existing job classes to individuals.
Provides consultative services to other HR professionals within the organization regarding compensation issues and needs.
Job Requirements
Experience:
2 years compensation experience (Master's Degree substitutes for all required experience) Education:
Bachelor's Degree Special Skills:
Excellent analytical & critical thinking skills, interpersonal & human relations skills, oral & written communication skills, and good time management/prioritization skills, Good computer skills (Excel), good organizational skills.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
